What we collect
When you contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. If you use our WhatsApp Business API platform, we process the account and message data needed to deliver the service. Our website uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic pages visited, rough location, device type not to follow individuals around the internet.
How we use it
To reply to you, to deliver the services you've asked for, to invoice you, and to improve the website. That's the list. We don't sell your data, rent it, or trade it to anyone, for any reason.
Client data in our care
Building systems sometimes means touching client data customer records, message histories, analytics. We treat that data as yours, access it only as needed to do the work, protect it with the same security-first practices we sell, and delete our copies when the engagement ends or when you ask.
Third parties we rely on
Like every modern business, we use trusted providers: cloud hosting, email, and for API clients Meta's WhatsApp Business platform. Each processes data only to provide their service to us, under their own published privacy commitments. We choose providers with care and share the minimum necessary.
Cookies
We use the small number of cookies needed for the site to function and for basic analytics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.
How long we keep things
Contact messages are kept while our conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Client project data follows the contract. Analytics data is aggregated and unidentifiable.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll handle it promptly no forms, no runaround.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we'll update this page and note the date below. We won't quietly weaken it.
